How It Began
Our unique approach to printing is rooted in our history as technology pioneers. In the mid-1980s, founder Jerry Vallereux started Oregon Data in a Lake Oswego apartment as a specialized data conversion business. A self-taught entrepreneur who built his own computers and wrote code to create software shortcuts, Jerry helped clients nationwide navigate the dawn of the computer age by transferring complex databases and contact management systems.
As clients grew, their needs evolved and so did we. When businesses began looking for a partner who could manage both their data and their physical distribution, Shelley Vallereux, Jerry's wife, joined the company and helped guide its transformation into a full-scale production and mailing operation.
Since moving into our Tualatin headquarters in 2005, we’ve continued to bridge the gap between digital and physical, applying the same technical rigor and care that Jerry established over forty years ago to every project we handle today.

Jerry & Shelley Vallereux, Founders

Our Team
Bob Wachlin, Production Manager
Bob has been part of the Oregon Data team since 2006 and is our go-to expert for data processing and mailing list preparation. With years of hands-on experience navigating USPS regulations, he keeps projects moving efficiently from file to final delivery– earning his reputation as our true master of the mailing process.
Outside the office, Bob helps run his fourth-generation family farm in Sherwood and continues to grow a farm business he started back in high school. When he’s not working the land, you’ll find him exploring Oregon’s great outdoors with his wife, Amy, and their rescue dog, Sparky.
Warren Crozier, Machine Operator
Born and raised in Beaverton, Warren has deep local roots and a strong appreciation for history and craftsmanship. On the production floor, he keeps things running smoothly—organizing mail off high-speed inkjet lines and tending to our high-resolution laser printers with skill and care.
Known around the shop as the “Printer Wizard,” Warren’s attention to detail and love for the process shine through in everything he does. Outside of work, his interests lean old-school, from historical period pieces to a serious collection of Stratego board games.
Tyler Thiebes, Printing & Mail Processor
Tyler Thiebes joined Oregon Data in 2023 and plays a key role in producing high-quality mail and print. Operating our inkjet printers, folders, inserters, and cutters, he brings an eye for precision and care to every job on the production floor.
Born and raised in the Portland-Metro area, Tyler earned his Bachelor of Science in Geography & Geospatial Science from Oregon State University, where he developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills he now applies to improving processes and supporting Oregon Data’s continued growth. Outside of work, you’ll find him outdoors paddleboarding, running, hiking, or camping—or catching a basketball game whenever he can.
Shelley West, Operations Manager
For over 20 years, Shelley has blended creativity, strategy, design, and heart to help brands grow and thrive. She has a deep appreciation for seeing processes run like a well-oiled machine, and is bringing that passion to help develop Oregon Data's operations. As a parent and lifelong learner, she’s passionate about empowering young people to explore, imagine, and innovate.
In her free time, Shelley loves creating with her hands through leatherwork, cooking, and puzzling. She finds the most peace in nature, spending time outdoors with her teens and family camping, swimming, paddleboarding, and playing soccer.
Youssef, Owner
As the owner of Oregon Data, Youssef brings 15+ years of Digital Marketing experience to aide our clients in achieving their full marketing vision and goals. He sets the strategy and long term vision for Oregon Data by elevating our standards and innovating the way we do business for our clients and staff. He is passionate about finding opportunities to give back to his community, and sits on the board for a local non-profit.
Youssef enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife and two young children. Born in Egypt and raised in Oregon, he brings a worldly perspective and solution-oriented approach to his work.
