Our Process
1. Identify Target Market
We meet with you to determine the scope of your project, like target audience, zip codes, specific areas, or carrier routes. In addition, we will want to clarify how many mailers you’re looking to send.
2. Submit Count Report
We’ll then supply you with a complimentary count for your database. This count report will be emailed to you and we'll have a follow-up phone call to discuss the results and any changes to your target list.
3. Provide Quote for List
Once the final list parameters are established, a pricing quote will be provided. We require all list procurement orders to be fully paid before the final list is ordered.
4. Final Postage & Mail drop
Within one to two days, we will process the list for your mailing project and establish a postage amount. We require postage to be paid before your mailing drops at the USPS.
